NKK Switches Illuminated Low Profile Process Sealed Tactile JB15LPF-JJ

The JB series consists of illuminated low-profile, process-sealed, single-pole single-throw tactile switches with a .100" (2.54mm) terminal spacing. The switch is designed for low-voltage, logic-level circuits with a resistive load rating of 50mA at 24V DC for standard operating force models. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum at 250V DC, and dielectric strength is 250V AC for one minute. Mechanical and electrical life is 5,000,000 operations minimum for standard force models. The actuator is short, with a nominal operating force of 1.76N and total travel of 0.254mm. The case and base are glass fiber reinforced polyamide and PBT rated UL94V-0. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Snap-on caps are available in translucent or colored options with integrated LED illumination. Terminals are soldered to a standard PCB grid and provide spring-action mounting to resist dislodgment during wave soldering.
