NKK Switches PCB Mount Miniature Toggle D22029B

The D22029B is a PCB mount miniature toggle switch from the D2 series, featuring a straight bracketed actuator with ON-OFF-(ON) circuit configuration. It has a 0.4VA logic level rating at 48V AC/DC maximum, with contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum and insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC. The switch uses a STC contact mechanism with 24° angle of throw, nonshorting timing, and gold-plated phosphor bronze movable contacts with brass stationary contacts. Terminals are round, 0.8mm in diameter, and conform to 2.54mm PCB grid spacing. The housing and base are made of UL94V-0 rated PBT and polyamide, respectively, and operate within a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for bat lever models; electrical life is 50,000 operations minimum. The part includes a bracket and uses a bat lever actuator with chrome-plated brass construction.
