NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKM12BTW01-024

The CKM series is a high-security keylock with a 16mm bushing, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load, featuring silver-plated copper contacts and a break-before-make contact timing. It operates at 90° for two-position configurations and 45° for three-position, with a minimum mechanical life of 30,000 cycles and an electrical life of 10,000 cycles. The housing is glass fiber reinforced PBT, with brass nickel-plated keys and an ABS handle. It withstands 15 kV ESD, has an insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ minimum, and a dielectric strength of 1,500 V AC between contacts and case. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C, and mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum. Terminal type is solder lug, and the switch is epoxy sealed for contamination protection.
