NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BTW01-033

The CKL series is a set of 19mm diameter high security keylocks with flat or tubular key options, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, and contact terminals are copper with silver plating. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case for one minute. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles minimum, and electrical life is 10,000 cycles minimum. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Vibration resistance is 10 to 55Hz with 0.7mm peak-to-peak amplitude, and shock resistance is 30G (294m/s²). Mounting requires a 1.5 Nm maximum torque. The switch has a break-before-make contact timing, 90° angular throw for two-position, or 45° for three-position. Solder terminals are epoxy sealed to prevent contaminant ingress.
