NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BFW01-004

The CKL series comprises 19mm bushing high-security keylocks with flat or tubular keys, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load, and featuring a break-before-make contact timing with 90° angular throw for two-position operation. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, the bushing is secured with a 19mm hex mounting nut, and terminals are solder lugs with silver-plated copper contacts. Operating temperature ranges from −25°C to +70°C. The switch withstands 30G shock and 10-55Hz vibration with 0.7mm peak-to-peak amplitude. The contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case for one minute. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles minimum, and electrical life is 10,000 cycles minimum.
