NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A19JP

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body construction to prevent contamination and support automated soldering and cleaning. They have a 2.54mm x 2.54mm terminal spacing conforming to standard PCB grid layouts, a 26° angle of throw, and use a patented STC contact mechanism for reliable logic-level switching. Electrical ratings include a maximum 0.4VA resistive load at 28V AC/DC, 50 milliohms maximum contact resistance, and 500 megohms minimum insulation resistance. The switches operate from -30°C to +85°C and meet vibration and shock standards up to 1.5mm amplitude and 50G acceleration. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and 50,000 for others. Terminals are gold-plated brass, with toggle options in glass fiber reinforced polyamide or nickel-plated brass. No UL or CSA certifications are provided.
