The PMZB790SN is a single N-channel Trench MOSFET designed for switching applications such as relay drivers and load switches. It is packaged in a leadless DFN1006B-3 (SOT883B) surface-mount package measuring 1.0 x 0.6 x 0.37 mm. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, a continuous drain current of 650 mA at 25°C, and a drain-source on-state resistance of 0.79 Ω at 10 V gate-source voltage and 25°C junction temperature.
