The DRV8305NPHP is a three-phase gate driver IC for BLDC and PMSM motor applications, packaged in a 48-pin HTQFP measuring 7.00mm × 7.00mm. It operates from a 4.4-V to 45-V supply, integrates three bidirectional current-shunt amplifiers, and provides a 3.3-V or 5-V, 50-mA LDO for system power. The device supports 3-PWM or 6-PWM input modes up to 200 kHz and includes SPI for configuration and fault reporting. It features programmable dead-time control, MOSFET overcurrent protection, shoot-through prevention, and overtemperature warning and shutdown. The VREG pin is configured as a voltage reference with the internal LDO disabled. The part meets AEC-Q200 and is rated for an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
