NHUMD12F is part of the NHUMD3/2/12 series of 80 V, 100 mA NPN/PNP resistor-equipped double transistors in a SOT363 (SC-88) surface-mount package. Each device integrates two transistors with built-in bias resistors, reducing component count and simplifying circuit design. The series supports a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 80 V and an output current of 100 mA per transistor, with a total power dissipation of 350 mW per device. The devices are AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The NHUMD12 variant features 47 kΩ bias resistors, with an on-state input voltage of 3.3 V typical and an off-state input voltage of 0.8 V typical for the NPN transistor at 25 °C. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 358 K/W when mounted on a standard FR4 PCB. The package dimensions are 2.2 mm x 1.35 mm x 1.1 mm, with a lead spacing of 0.65 mm.
