The BSP100 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT223 surface-mount package with a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V and a continuous drain current of 6 A at 25 °C. It features a low on-state resistance of up to 100 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and 200 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V, and a thermal resistance from junction to solder point of 12 to 15 K/W. The device supports a non-repetitive avalanche energy of 23 mJ and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements. Its operating junction temperature range is −65 °C to 150 °C.
