NPN/NPN matched double transistor in a SOT363-3 surface-mounted plastic package, fully isolated internally. Per transistor, it has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 45 V and a collector current of 100 mA. Current gain (hFE) ranges from 200 to 450 at VCE = 5 V and IC = 2 mA. Current gain matching between transistors is at least 0.9, and base-emitter voltage matching is within 2 mV. Qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications. Used in current mirror and differential amplifier circuits.
