Nexperia B.V. NPN general purpose double transistor BC846S-QF

NPN double transistor in a very small SOT363-3 (SC-88) surface-mounted package, containing two integrated transistors to reduce component count and board space. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 65 V, a collector current of 100 mA, and a DC current gain of at least 110 at 2 mA collector current. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications. Total power dissipation is 300 mW at 25 °C ambient temperature, with a junction temperature rating up to 150 °C.
