NPN general-purpose transistors with a 65 V collector-emitter voltage and 100 mA collector current, housed in a SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mount package. The BC846AW variant offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 110 to 220 at VCE = 5 V and IC = 2 mA, with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 400 mV at IC = 100 mA and IB = 5 mA. It shares the same thermal resistance of 625 K/W and operating temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C as the series. Pin configuration is standard for SOT323 with base, emitter, and collector. Packaging is designed for reflow and wave soldering per standard SOT323 footprints.
