The 8758 is a robust and fully functional multi-axis hand control pad for controlling your Picomotor actuator products. This hand control pad facilitates local (non-computer) control of Picomotor positioners connected to the 8742 and/or 8743-CL Picomotor controller/drivers. Therefore it is a perfect solution when you need to run a quick test or just want a straightforward handheld controller device.
Organized Control Functions
Control functions are organized into four basic groups:
controller selection
motor selection
variable speed jog control
forward/reverse single-step & continuous jog control. /ul>When daisy-chained in a master and slave configuration, up to 31 Picomotor controllers/drivers can be interfaced. It draws its electrical power from the Picomotor controller via USB interface thus does not require a separate power supply and it is ergonomically designed to be compatible for both right or left handed users.
