The 10D20AL.2-PF Pinhole-Free Broadband UV Enhanced Aluminum Mirror was developed to be virtually free of pinholes to significantly decrease scattering effects. Our Pinhole-Free mirrors are ideal for sensitive applications which require an economical broadband reflector. This 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) diameter mirror is made from a 6.0 mm thick Borofloat® 33 substrate. Borofloat has low thermal expansion and is an excellent substrate for most applications. The AL.2-PF UV enhanced aluminum coating is a durable, broadband UV reflector with an average reflectivity greater than 90% from 250-600 nm. The AL.2 aluminum coating contains a durable dielectric overcoat to prevent oxidation of the metal. This mirror has a λ/10 surface flatness and a 15-5 surface quality.
