The MCBFM-1C05C is a hermetically sealed, 1 Form C (SPDT) instrumentation reed relay with sputtered ruthenium contacts, designed for high-reliability test and measurement applications. It features a 5 V DC coil with 230 Ω resistance, switching up to 150 V DC at 0.25 A, and a carrying current of 1 A. The relay includes an optional coaxial shield tied to pins 6 and 7, with a typical capacitance of 2 pF across open contacts. Its operate time is 1 ms and release time is 2 ms. The device meets a dielectric strength of 1500 V DC between contacts/shield and coil, and has an insulation resistance of 10⁹ Ω.
