Thermal Ceramics Structural Insulation

Description
Versatility is the key for Thermal Ceramics offering of structural insulation products. Economical and thermally efficient, our TR-19® (1023°C/1900°F), TR-20 (1079°C/2000°F), V Lite®-1100 (1100°C/2012°F), and V Lite-1200 (1200°C/2192°F) block insulation materials feature improved strength, temperature capability and insulating characteristics compared with conventional block products. The Thermal Ceramics family of TR and V-Lite brand are made from a base of vermiculite or diatomaceous silica, containing no ceramic fibers and are available in a wide range of standard boards and cut sizes. These structural insulation products: Feature lower thermal conductivity than competitive vermiculite boards Exhibit good strength and minimal shrinkage up to use temperature Provide excellent resistance to aluminum cryolite attack Replacement for mineral wool board insulation in many applications Low thermal conductivity Good high temperature strength
