The PSS35NC1FT is a 3-phase inverter and converter integrated power module designed for AC 400V motor drive applications, featuring 35A/1200V CSTBT IGBTs and a 35A rectifier. It is housed in a transfer-molded insulated package with a case operation temperature range of -30°C to +110°C, and an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. The device includes integrated drive, under-voltage protection, short-circuit protection with external shunt sensing, and a temperature monitoring analog output. It supports 5V high-active logic inputs, has fault output with programmable pulse width via external capacitor, and meets UL 1557 certification. Internal bootstrap diodes with 16-24 Ω current-limiting resistors are included. Thermal resistance is 0.95 K/W for the IGBT junction-to-case per 1/6 module. The module requires a recommended mounting torque of 1.18 N·m with M4 screws and must use thermal grease for optimal heat dissipation.
