The PM50CG1B065 is an insulated intelligent power module for motor control applications, featuring a flat-base package with dimensions compliant to ±0.2 to ±1.2 mm tolerances. It contains a three-phase IGBT inverter with 650 V collector-emitter voltage and 50 A continuous collector current. Integrated protection includes over-temperature detection at 150°C, short-circuit trip at 100 A, and fault output signals for upper and lower arms. Isolation voltage is 2500 V AC RMS for 1 minute. Junction temperature range is -20°C to +150°C; case temperature limits are -20°C to +125°C. Mounting torque for M5 screws is 2.5 to 3.5 N·m; mass is 260 g. UL 1557 recognized and RoHS compliant.
