The TCO1-462+ is a 1:1 impedance ratio ceramic RF balun transformer designed for wireless communications between 3300 and 5900 MHz. It features a 0402 package measuring 1.0 mm × 0.5 mm × 0.37 mm, LTCC construction, and handles up to 2 W RF power at 25°C, derating linearly to 0.5 W at 125°C. Operating and storage temperatures range from -55°C to 125°C. The unit offers insertion loss up to 1.7 dB, amplitude unbalance up to 0.7 dB, phase unbalance up to 10°, and input return loss greater than 13 dB across the band. It is RoHS compliant and has aqueous washable terminations.
