Mini-Circuits 1:4 LTCC Transformer, 1200 - 2200 MHz, 50Ω TCN4-22+

The TCN4-22+ is a 1:4 LTCC balun transformer designed for RF applications from 1200 to 2200 MHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a miniature FV1206-1 package measuring 0.126 in × 0.063 in × 0.035 in. Insertion loss is 0.55 dB at 1200 MHz and 1.55 dB at 2200 MHz, with a maximum input RF power rating of 5 W at 25°C, derating linearly to 2.5 W at 100°C. Operating and storage temperature range is -55°C to 100°C. Phase unbalance is within ±15.55° and amplitude unbalance within ±0.38 dB across the band. The device is aqueous washable and RoHS compliant.
