It is housed in a CK605 case measuring 12.70 × 12.70 × 4.57 mm and operates from 13.5 V with a maximum supply voltage of 13 V. The tuning sensitivity is 84 to 125 MHz/V, with a phase noise of -71 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz, -96 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, -117 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz, and -138 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz.
