Operating from 10 to 500 MHz, this amplifier features typical 1.8 dB noise figure, 21.8 dB gain, +30.2 dBm P1dB, and +88 dBm OIP2. This device requires a +8 V supply voltage for each amplifier path and is matched to 50Ω in a small 4x4 mm 16-Lead QFN-style package for easy integration into dense circuit board layouts.
