EQY-1-63+ is an absorptive gain equalizer designed to compensate for negative gain slope in amplifiers and receivers, providing a nominal attenuation slope of 1.2 dB from DC to 6 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It is packaged in a 2 mm × 2 mm, 8-lead MCLPTM case (case style MC1631-1) and supports an RF input power of up to +31 dBm. The device operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C case temperature and meets Human Body Model ESD classification Class 2 (2000 V) per ANSI/ESD STM5.1-2001.
