EQY-0-63+ is a 0 dB gain equalizer designed to compensate for negative gain slope in amplifiers and receivers across DC to 6 GHz. It is packaged in a 2 x 2 mm, 8-lead MCLP™ package (case style MC1631-1) with a matte-tin lead finish. The device has a typical return loss of 20 dB, an RF input power handling of +33 dBm (derating to +30 dBm at +105°C), and operates reliably from -55°C to +105°C case temperature. It is fabricated using a GaAs IPD MMIC process and meets ESD protection Class 2 per ANSI/ESD STM5.1-2001.
