The BFHK-3142+ is a surface-mountable LTCC bandpass filter designed for 50 Ω systems in the 28 to 36 GHz range. It features a compact 1812 (4.5 x 3.2 mm) LGA package, shielded construction, and operates from -55°C to +125°C with a maximum RF input power of 1 W. The filter exhibits a passband insertion loss of 2.8 dB typ. and stopband rejections of 75 dB typ. up to 54 GHz and 40 dB typ. up to 67 GHz. It is suited for high-volume production and test and measurement applications, protected by US Patent US11744057B1.
The BFHK-3142+ LTCC Band Pass Filter achieves a miniature size and high repeatability of performance by utilizing a proprietary LTCC material system and distributed filter topology. The passband loss at 28-36 GHz is as low as 2.8 dB, with typical stopband rejections at 75 dB up to 54 GHz and 40 dB up to 67 GHz.
