The USB ULPI Transceiver (part number 66W2143) is a highly integrated device designed for Hi-Speed USB 2.0 applications, supporting data rates of up to 480 Mbps. It features integrated ESD protection circuits capable of withstanding up to ¬±15kV IEC Air Discharge and an Over-Voltage Protection circuit that safeguards the VBUS pin from continuous DC voltages up to 30V. The transceiver includes an integrated USB switch that maintains Hi-Speed electrical characteristics while enabling battery charging, audio connections, and USB data transfer. This device utilizes flexPWR¬Æ technology, making it suitable for battery-powered applications with a low current design and a sleep mode that minimizes power consumption.
