The TC4428EMF is a dual complementary MOSFET driver capable of delivering a high peak output current of 1.5A. It operates within a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and can drive capacitive loads of up to 1000pF in approximately 25ns. The device features short delay times, with typical values of 40ns, and matched rise and fall times, ensuring efficient switching performance. It has low supply current consumption, drawing 4mA with a logic '1' input and only 400µA with a logic '0' input. The output impedance is low at 7Oc, which helps maintain the intended state of the MOSFET during operation. The TC4428EMF is designed to be latch-up protected, capable of withstanding reverse currents of up to 0.5A and negative input voltages up to 5V without damage.
