Rated for continuous drain current of 48 A at 25 °C and 34 A at 100 °C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. Features low gate charge (56 nC), low on-resistance (60 mΩ typical at V\(_{GS}\) = 20 V), and high avalanche ruggedness (1100 mJ single-pulse energy). Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.54-0.70 °C/W. Compliant with RoHS and capable of 3.0 µs short-circuit withstand time. Designed for use in PV inverters, EV chargers, and industrial motor drives.
