N-channel JFETs in the 2N4859UB series are qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/385 for high-reliability applications and feature a TO-18 (TO-206AA) metal package. They have a maximum drain-source voltage of 30 V and a gate-source voltage limit of -30 V. The devices operate over a junction and storage temperature range of -65 to +200 °C and meet the MIL-STD-202 qualification standards. Power dissipation is rated at 1.8 W at +25°C with linear derating above that temperature. Drain current ranges from 50 to 175 mA with the gate-source voltage at 0 V and drain-source voltage at 15 V. The static drain-source on-state resistance is 25 Ω at 1.0 mA drain current. Small-signal reverse transfer capacitance is 8.0 pF at -10 V gate-source voltage and 1.0 MHz frequency.
