DC-14 GHz, Power-Selectable Wideband Amplifier. MMA015AA is a general purpose wideband amplifier for applications across DC-14 GHz. Four different output power levels can be achieved by selecting different bonding options. At the highest power level, MMA015AA has ~19 dBm power with less than ±0.5 dB power flatness across the band. Gain varies less than 1 dB from -40°C to +85°C. MMA015AA is self-biased with a single positive voltage.
