The MIC5320-SMYMT-TR is a dual ultra low-dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear voltage regulator designed for portable electronics. It features a compact 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF¬Æ package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The device supports an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and provides two independent outputs, each capable of delivering 150mA. The regulator exhibits an ultra-low dropout voltage of 35mV at 150mA, ensuring efficient operation. It is stable with a minimum output capacitance of 1¬µF, which allows for reduced board space and component costs. The MIC5320 also includes thermal shutdown and current-limit protection, along with a fast turn-on time of 30¬µs and low quiescent current of 85¬µA per output. This product is ideal for applications such as mobile phones, PDAs, GPS receivers, and portable media players.
