The MIC5320-PPYD6-TR is a dual ultra low-dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear voltage regulator designed for portable electronics, featuring two independent outputs capable of delivering 150mA each. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and has an ultra-low dropout voltage of 35mV at 150mA, making it suitable for applications where space and efficiency are critical. The device is housed in a compact 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF¬Æ package, which offers excellent thermal characteristics and is significantly smaller than traditional packages like SOT-23. The MIC5320 is stable with a minimum output capacitance of 1¬µF, allowing for reduced board space and component costs.
