The MIC5316-GGCYMT-TR is a dual low dropout linear voltage regulator designed to provide two outputs of 1.8V and 1.0V, each capable of delivering up to 300mA. It operates with input voltages ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V and features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 85mV at full load, enhancing efficiency in battery-operated applications. The device includes a Power On Reset (POR) function with an adjustable delay for the second output, as well as a voltage select feature that allows for reduced output voltage during standby mode.
