The MIC5311-DKBML-TR is a dual low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for high performance in battery-operated applications. It can provide up to 300mA of output current per channel and features a low dropout voltage of 60mV at 150mA. The device operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and offers a LowQ,Ñ¢ mode that reduces quiescent current to 7¬µA, making it suitable for low-power applications. The regulator has a total ground current of 28¬µA in full current mode and includes a TTL logic compatible enable pin for power management. The MIC5311-DKBML-TR is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm MLF-10 package and is stable with small ceramic output capacitors, which helps minimize board space and component costs.
