The MIC2774H-29BM5-TR is a dual micro-power low voltage supervisor designed to monitor two independent power supplies for undervoltage conditions. It features one fixed and one user-adjustable input, allowing for monitoring of supplies as low as 0.3V. The device generates a minimum 140ms power-on reset pulse and includes a manual reset input. It offers a choice of reset outputs, which can be active-high, active-low, or open-drain active-low. The inputs can be pulled above the supply voltage, with a maximum of 7V absolute. The /RST output remains valid down to 1.2V, and the device operates with an ultra-low supply current of 3.5µA typical. The MIC2774H is packaged in a compact 5-pin SOT-23 format and serves applications such as monitoring processor ASICs, embedded controllers, and telecommunications systems.
