The MIC2551AYTS is a USB 2.0 compliant transceiver designed for both full-speed (12 Mbps) and low-speed (1.5 Mbps) operations. It features a patented dual supply voltage operation, allowing the system interface to reference I/O signals down to 1.6V while being powered by the USB VBUS. This capability reduces the need for additional buffering logic and minimizes system operating current. The device is characterized by very low power consumption, meeting USB suspend-current requirements, and includes integrated speed select termination supply. It is available in a compact 14-pin TSSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
