The MIC2546-2YTS-TR is a dual high-side power switch designed for low loss DC power management applications, including USB power distribution and ACPI compliance. It operates within a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and features an adjustable current limit of up to 1.5A. The device includes a soft-start circuit to minimize inrush current and thermal shutdown protection to safeguard both the switch and connected devices. This part has a typical on-resistance of 120m,Ѷ and a low on-state supply current of 100OºA per channel, with an even lower off-state supply current of 2OºA. The MIC2546-2YTS-TR is equipped with open-drain fault flag outputs to indicate current limiting or thermal shutdown conditions. It is compatible with both 3V and 5V logic levels for the enable signal, which is also used to reset the thermal shutdown latch.
