The MCP1711T-20I/5X is a linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 150 mA of output current while maintaining a low quiescent current of 600 nA. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V and offers standard output voltages of 2.0V, with an output accuracy of ¬±1% for voltages greater than or equal to 2.0V. The device features a low ON resistance of 3.3Oc at 3.0V output and includes protection circuits such as current limiting, short circuit protection, and current foldback. The MCP1711 is designed for applications requiring low power consumption, making it suitable for energy harvesting, battery-powered devices, and portable electronics. It operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C and is available in compact package options, including a 4-lead UQFN (1x1 mm) and a 5-lead SOT-23.
