The ATA6660-TAQY 19 is a high-speed CAN transceiver designed for automotive and industrial applications, supporting data transmission rates up to 1 MBaud. The device features high voltage protection for bus lines, allowing operation within a range of -40 V to +40 V, and offers robust ESD protection with ratings of 8 kV (HBM) and 300 V (MM).
