The Microchip AT24CS01 is a 1 Kb Serial EEPROM utilizing an I2C (2-wire) serial interface. The EEPROM is available in a variety of space-saving packaging options. The AT24CS01 features a 128 bit serial number that is programmed and permanently write protected during the Microchip manufacturing process. The 128-bit serial number is guaranteed unique across the entire CS series of Serial EEPROM products.
