The APT25GR120B series is a single NPT IGBT designed for high-frequency switching applications such as motor control and uninterruptible power supplies. It is packaged in a TO-247 case with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 1200V and a continuous collector current of 25A at 125°C. The device has a typical collector-emitter on-voltage of 2.5V at 25°C and 25A, with a short circuit withstand time of 10μs at 600V and 15V gate-emitter voltage. It features low saturation voltage, low tail current, and ultra-low leakage current. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a peak power dissipation of 521W at 25°C.
