The 25LC320/P from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. is a 32 Kbit serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) that operates via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). It supports a voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and has a maximum clock frequency of 2 MHz. The device features low-power CMOS technology, with a maximum write current of 3 mA and a typical read current of 500 OºA. It has a write cycle time of 5 ms and supports self-timed erase and write cycles. The memory organization consists of 4096 x 8 bits, with a 32-byte page size.
