The 24AA01-I/WF16K is a 1Kbit I¬=C serial EEPROM from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It operates on a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 400 kHz. The device features low power consumption with a read current of 1 mA and a standby current of 1 ¬µA. It includes a 2-wire serial interface that is I¬=C compatible, along with Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression and output slope control to minimize ground bounce.
