Micro Commercial Components Corp. Single Bipolar Transistors TIP115-BP

The TIP115-BP is a PNP Darlington bipolar transistor in a TO-220AB package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -60 V and a continuous collector current of -2 A. It has a power dissipation of 2 W at 25°C, a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.5°C/W, and an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device features a minimum DC current gain of 500 at -2 A collector current and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of -2.5 V at -2 A collector current and -8 mA base current. The epoxy encapsulant meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the part is RoHS compliant with a lead-free finish.
