The SIL2305B is a P-channel MOSFET in an SOT23-6L package, designed for low-power switching applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -20 V and a continuous drain current of -3.4 A at 100°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 1.6 W. The device exhibits a drain-source on-resistance of up to 120 mΩ at -1.8 V gate-source voltage and features a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The epoxy molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the part is halogen-free and RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 78°C/W.
