The MSJP06N80A is an N-channel super-junction MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications. It is packaged in a TO-220AB case with dimensions between 15.10 and 16.10 mm in length, and 9.70 to 10.30 mm in width. The device supports a maximum drain-source voltage of 800 V and a continuous drain current of 6 A at 25°C, reducing to 3.8 A at 100°C. It has a maximum on-resistance of 1.2 Ω at 10 V gate-source voltage and 2.5 A drain current, and dissipates up to 96 W with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.3°C/W. The junction operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The part is halogen-free, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and is RoHS compliant. Its avalanche energy rating is 54 mJ at 25°C junction temperature.
