MIF100R12C1TF-BP is a 1200V, 100A IGBT module with integrated anti-parallel fast Recovery diode, designed for motor drive, servo amplifiers, UPS, and welding applications. The module uses trench technology to achieve low collector-emitter saturation voltage with a positive temperature coefficient, and supports a 10μs short circuit duration. It is packaged in a C1 case, weighs 150g, and has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The isolation voltage is 2500V AC at 50Hz for one minute. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.19 K/W for the IGBT and 0.29 K/W for the diode. The device is RoHS compliant with a lead-free finish and epoxy meeting UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
