MIF100R12C1PF-BP is a 1200 V, 100 A IGBT module with integrated anti-parallel fast recovery diodes, designed for high-frequency applications such as solar inverters and UPS systems. It features a C1 package with a weight of 150 g and operates with a maximum junction temperature of 150℃. The module supports a repetitive peak collector current of 200 A for 1 ms and has a short-circuit capability of 700 A for up to 10 μs. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.185 K/W for the IGBT and 0.620 K/W for the diode. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS compliant. Isolation voltage is rated at 2500 V AC for 1 minute.
