The MCU031N10Y is an N-channel MOSFET in a DPAK (TO-252) package with a drain-source voltage rating of 100 V, continuous drain current of 24 A at 25°C, and a thermal resistance of 50°C/W junction to ambient. It features split gate trench technology, operates from -55°C to +175°C, and is RoHS compliant. The device has a drain-source on-resistance of up to 31 mΩ at 10 V gate voltage and 20 A current, and a total gate charge of 11.5 nC. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is halogen-free.
